  • Incorporating anti-inflammatory foods, such as turmeric, ginger, and omega-3-rich foods, like salmon, mackerel, and sardines.

Here are a few recipe ideas to get you started:

  1. Baked salmon with a ginger and turmeric marinade:

  • Mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 clove of minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
  • Place a salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

      2. Creamy chicken and vegetable soup:

  • Sauté 1 diced onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic in a large pot with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Add 2 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of diced cooked chicken, and 1 cup of diced vegetables (such as carrots, celery, and zucchini)
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup of heavy cream and heat through.

     3. Scrambled eggs with vegetables:

  • Scramble 2 eggs in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Add in 1/4 cup of diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach) and cook until the eggs are cooked through.

  • Add 1 diced onion, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 1 diced bell pepper to the skillet and cook for a few minutes more.
  • Transfer the turkey mixture to a slow cooker and add 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of kidney beans (rinsed and drained), 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

      6. Creamy tomato and basil soup:

  • Sauté 1 diced onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic in a large pot with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Add 2 cups of chicken broth and 1 can of diced tomatoes.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup of heavy cream and a handful of chopped fresh basil.
  • Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the soup until smooth.
